Try very hard to find as much information as you can about any previous filings.
Failure to provide as much information as possible could delay your case while they research the previous filing. Give them all you can so they can locate the previous file quickly. Not providing complete information here will not cause a rejection but could slow your case down. However, you must disclose previous filing even if you can’t remember the details.
I understand that the USCIS must receive my petition in the mail before the expiration date of the two (2) year meeting requirement as described above and that if I elect to have Itseasydocs review my petition in their office using their Premium Review service, it is my responsibility to get my petition and all supporting documents and evidence to Itseasydocs through uploads or by mail no later than 60 days before the expiration date of the two (2) year meeting requirement, and that Itseasydocs will not be responsible for late filing of my petition if they receive my petition less than 60 days before the two (2) year meeting requirement expires, or if it is received by Itseasydocs without all necessary supporting documents and evidence.
